Agreement
By using GuestFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
Service
GuestFlow provides software for property owners to offer AI guest assistance via QR codes. Features vary by subscription plan. We may update the service with reasonable notice.
Accounts & billing
You are responsible for account security and accurate billing information. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled per our billing policy and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or resell the service without a Business plan and written agreement.
Content
You retain ownership of property and knowledge content you upload. You grant GuestFlow a license to process it solely to provide the service, including AI indexing and responses.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". AI responses may be inaccurate — property owners remain responsible for guest information and compliance with local regulations.
