Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") supplement our Terms of Service and apply when you participate in the GuestFlow referral partner program ("Program").
1. Enrollment
You may enroll via Dashboard → Affiliate after creating a GuestFlow account. We may approve, suspend, or remove affiliates at our discretion. You must provide accurate payout contact information.
2. Referral links & attribution
You receive a unique referral code and URL. When a new user clicks your link, we store attribution in a cookie for 90 days. If they register within that window, the signup is credited to you. Self-referrals are not permitted.
Each referred user can only be attributed to one affiliate. Attribution is first-touch for the cookie window.
3. Commission
Default commission rate: 20% of amounts actually paid by referred customers on qualifying subscription invoices, unless we agree a different rate in writing or in your dashboard.
Commission accrues when paid billing is enabled and a referred customer completes a qualifying payment. Commissions are calculated on net amounts received after discounts and refunds. Free-trial signups do not generate commission until a paid subscription begins.
4. Payouts
Payouts are processed manually to the email or payment details you provide, on a schedule we announce (typically monthly, minimum balance may apply). You are responsible for all taxes on commission income. We may require tax forms before payout.
5. Promotional rules
You agree not to:
- Use spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading claims about GuestFlow
- Bid on GuestFlow trademarks in paid search without written permission
- Imply you are employed by or officially represent GuestFlow unless authorized
- Use coupon or cashback sites that conflict with our pricing without approval
- Refer yourself or create fake accounts
6. Referral discounts
We may offer referred users a promotional discount on their first subscription payment when paid billing is available. Discounts reduce the invoice amount; your commission is based on what the customer actually pays.
7. Tracking & reporting
Dashboard statistics (clicks, signups, conversions, pending commission) are provided for convenience. Our records are final in case of discrepancy, subject to reasonable review.
8. Term & termination
Either party may end participation at any time. We may withhold or void commission on fraudulent, reversed, or refunded transactions. Upon termination, pending approved commissions may still be paid per our payout policy.
9. Changes
We may update commission rates, cookie duration, or these Affiliate Terms with notice via email or dashboard. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
