How does GuestFlow work for guests?

Each property has a unique guest page and QR code. Guests scan the code or open the link from your check-in message, then ask questions in natural language. The AI answers using only the content you provided — property details, uploaded documents, and your curated recommendations.

How do I set up my property?

After registering, create a property with basics guests always ask about (WiFi, check-in/out, parking, rules). Upload PDFs or docs to the knowledge base, add local recommendations, then download your QR code for rooms or reception. Most owners are live in under 10 minutes.

Does the AI use the open internet?

No. Answers come from your property profile, knowledge base uploads, and recommendations — indexed with vector search (RAG). When you update content in the dashboard, the AI reflects those changes.

How does pricing work?

Every new account gets a free trial with 50 AI messages — no credit card required. See our pricing page for paid plans. Annual billing saves 20%.

Which languages are supported?

The AI concierge responds in English, Thai, Bulgarian, German, French, Spanish, Russian, and Chinese. The marketing website is available in 17 languages. Guest language is detected automatically.

Can I upload PDFs and documents?

Yes. Upload PDF, DOCX, images, or paste text in your property knowledge base. Content is indexed for AI search so guests get accurate answers from your manuals and guides.
