GuestFlow introduces a unified hospitality cloud spanning guest portals, knowledge-grounded AI, CRM, and automation for hotels and vacation rentals.
GuestFlow today announced Hospitality Cloud, a platform that helps properties deliver consistent guest answers and operator workflows without requiring guests to install an app.
Hotels place QR codes that open a branded guest portal. Optional AI answers use retrieval over approved property content. Operators manage CRM, requests, and automations from one workspace.
The launch includes free operator tools, a public research hub, and an editorial Knowledge Hub for hospitality professionals.
