This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and explains how GuestFlow handles requests related to the sale or sharing of personal information under U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA.
We do not sell personal information
GuestFlow is B2B hospitality software for property owners and operators. We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We collect and use personal information only to provide the service, secure accounts, process payments, support customers, and comply with law — as described in our Privacy Policy.
Service providers
We use trusted processors (for example Stripe, Supabase, OpenAI, Resend, Google OAuth, and Vercel) to run GuestFlow. They process data on our instructions and are not permitted to sell your personal information.
Your privacy rights
- Right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
- Right to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing — GuestFlow does not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising, so no opt-out is required for those activities.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
How to submit a request
California residents and other U.S. state residents may contact us to exercise privacy rights. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.

Authorized agents
If you use an authorized agent, we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity before fulfilling a request.
